Where can the car be delivered?
A request can concern Pôle Caraïbes airport, the port of Pointe-à-Pitre, a hotel or another area in Guadeloupe.
Which vehicle should I choose?
An economy city car is often suitable for short and medium stays in Guadeloupe.
When does the unavailability message arrive?
The request is recorded before the availability result is displayed.
Where can I pick up the car if my hotel is not in Le Gosier, Sainte-Anne or Saint-François?
Pickup elsewhere in Guadeloupe (Basse-Terre, Deshaies, Bouillante, Sainte-Rose, Le Moule, Trois-Rivières...) can be arranged on request: indicate your accommodation in the availability request form.
Can I rent a car for Marie-Galante or Les Saintes?
These islands can only be reached by ferry from Trois-Rivières or Pointe-à-Pitre. Having a car available on site is not automatic and must be arranged in advance with Moov Location.
What vehicles does Moov Location offer?

What are the conditions to rent (age, licence, deposit)?
The exact conditions (minimum age, how long you've held your licence, any deposit) can vary by vehicle and rental length: they are confirmed before your booking is finalised. Feel free to ask by phone or WhatsApp before submitting your request.
Can I cancel or change my request?
Yes, just contact us directly by phone or WhatsApp. Since no payment is taken online, no fee is ever automatically withheld for a cancellation or change.
Does the price shown include insurance and mileage?
The price shown covers the vehicle rental for the requested period. Since it is indicative and non-binding, the full details (insurance, mileage) are confirmed before booking, with no surprises on pickup day.
Is Moov Location part of a large international brand?
No: Moov Location is an independent local agency based in Guadeloupe, not a franchise of a large group. You deal directly with the team handling your rental, from first contact through to key handover.
